Friendly staff and good facilities for a place to sleep. It was a new building across from the area's best hotel. The price was good considering the high prices for other places in the area.

It was quite far out of town, too far to walk so a car was necessary. It felt like there were a few maintenance issues, E.g there were no light bulbs in the bedside lamps, no tp, the floor was not clean enough to go barefoot. It was not the hotel's fault but the beach was not attractive for swimming and the paved sidewalk was straight and not near the water, not very appealing.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. With affordable prices and attention to detail, they ensure that their guests have a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, as it is near tourist places and just across the beach. The staff provides great service and the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a kitchenette. Additionally, breakfast is served, which adds to the overall convenience of the stay.

All was fine with this hotel.

Good value for money. Quite new apartments with stone floors, sitting area, small kitchen with refrigerator, shower. Airco. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Price includes (real Omani) breakfast at the coffeeshop next door. Free WiFi internet access in the lobby. The location is different than Booked.net is showing. It is now actually across from the Sur Beach Hotel. The hotel has a good Indian restaurant.

Kitchen could be a little cleaner as could the windows.

Spacious room with kichenette for catering. Good shower. Breakfast was ok if a little eccentric, eg cornflakes with hot milk, but has to be taken at a cafe nearby as the hotel itself has no catering outlet.

1. The room floors were dirty and were not well cleaned even when this was pointed out. In general there is little attention to detail and no service as such. 2. Wifi was only available in the (small) foyer and not in the rooms as advertised. 3. Guests are advised to arrive early at busy times as rooms can be double booked.

Great value for money: This hotel offers spacious rooms with a kitchenette at a very reasonable price. Excellent location: Situated near the sea, this hotel is perfect for those who want to enjoy the coastal vibes of the city. Friendly and attentive staff: The staff members at this hotel are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Basic amenities provided: The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free internet access and an extra bed if needed.

No in-house restaurant: While this hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, there is a nearby coffee shop which is a popular spot for locals.

It was very comfy n good location though breakfast was not good. Location was good n value for money rooms.

The nice things about the facility were the size and layout of the room and the friendly staff.

There were two major problems with Al Faisal: 1. The parking is very inconvenient - there are no spots near the hotel, so loading and unloading a car is a big problem. 2. There is no in-room internet as indicated in the advertisement. In addition, the back of the hotel is a city dump.

Right opposite the beach, this hotel offers a great value for the price. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchenette, perfect for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, going out of their way to accommodate guests.

The noise from the nearby cafes, but overall, everything was ok.

These are quite new apartments and comparing to hotels they are less expensive and are good option for families. We had a kitchen, bedroom, living room and two bathrooms available so it was very comfortable to saty for a few days with baby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is not close to the city centre however this might be also a good thing. Very close to the beach though.

The suites were spacious and reasonably clean. The breakfast included across the road worked well and was a nice surprise. The staff was pleasant and helpful, offering assistance when needed.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. The location was not ideal, as there were not many options for food or activities nearby.

The appartment was calm (ours did not face the road), quite new and big (bedroom, living room, kitchen + dining area, 2 bathrooms). It is located directly opposite Sur beach hotel. The beach is just across the street. There is no restaurant but a breakfast is served in the rooms. Wifi worked only in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our inquiries. Good value for money.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

This hotel was a great choice! We loved the location , it was easy to find and close to the beach. the staff were welcoming and helpful, providing us with additional towels and toilet rolls. Our room was clean and spacious with a well, stocked kitchen. We enjoyed breakfast at a nearby restaurant with a beautiful ocean view and delicious food.

The Wi, Fi was not very reliable and could use some improvement.
